Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Brand believes in showcasing exactly what they sell and therefore, all products are carefully checked for quality before they are dispatched to the customers. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, the Brand follows a strict No Return, No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.

All orders placed on the website are considered final and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or cancelled once the order has been placed.

1. All sales are final. Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned or exchanged.

2. No refunds will be provided for any reason once the order has been placed.

3. Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, specifications, size, colour/variant, quantity and other information before placing an order.

4. The Brand will not be responsible for returns, refunds or cancellations arising due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, sizing/colour preference, or any other reason after the order has been placed.

5. Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

The team will review the concern and provide assistance wherever possible. However, contacting the Brand does not guarantee a return, refund, replacement or cancellation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All products sold by Peachy Cotton are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or refunds for any product, including sale items, discounted items, gift items, personalized/custom products or any other products purchased through the website.

Customers are requested to carefully check all product information before completing their purchase.

Refunds

All purchases made on the Peachy Cotton website are final. No refunds will be provided once an order has been successfully placed. This applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been successfully placed. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, whether it has been processed, packed, dispatched, is in transit or has been delivered.

By placing an order on the Peachy Cotton website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above No Return, No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.
